Chandigarh, February 14- Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) MP and campaign committee chairman Bhagwant Mann today hits back at PPCC president Capt Amarinder Singh for trying to teach EC rules to others and told him to learn little patience and decorum.
Maan in a statement said here that if Capt Amarinder Singh had so much faith on the Election Commission, then why he has put his own lock on strong room in Lambi assembly constituency? He added that AAP has not raised accusing finger on EC but only cautioning them about nefarious designs of Congress and SAD-BJP alliance.
Mann said that Congress and SAD-BJP alliance had made all attempts to vitiate the election atmosphere and rig the polls by ulterior means. He said that AAP leaders had foiled all attempts by the unholy nexus of Congress, SAD and BJP to hijack the poll process, create communal divide and create false threat of national security to scare the voters.
He said that people of Punjab had voted for change and wanted to get rid of corrupt political system created by successive governments of Congress and SAD-BJP alliance. He said that Capt Amarinder Singh was not an alternative but substitute of Badal family. He said that Congress party leaders at several places were caught distributing liquor and money to voters. “If Capt Amarinder Singh was so sure of his victory then why his party members were indulging in malpractices”, said Mann?
Maan said that Capt Amarinder Singh would taste hat-trick of defeats and he should make preparations for political exile after the elections. He said that Capt Amarinder Singh had lost his and party’s credibility by colluding with the Badal family but he failed miserably to befool the people. He said that results on March 11 would clear all misconceptions of Capt Amarinder Singh.
